AIMCONNECT 2026: Convening the Automotive Ecosystem as AI Rewires Mobility

X Star and AI Motion will bring the automotive ecosystem together at AIMCONNECT 2026, the flagship annual event they co-host, built around how AI is reshaping the way vehicles are financed, sold, and moved. The teaser line-up spans five participating entities across automotive finance, retail, and electric mobility, each set to showcase a different layer of a connected industry.

Automotive commerce has always been a collective effort. A single vehicle sale can pass through a dealer, a manufacturer, a lender, and a string of intermediaries before it is complete, and for years those parties have worked from separate systems and separate pools of data. The result has been a market that moves more slowly than the people inside it would like.

AI is beginning to close those gaps. Across Asia Pacific and further afield, a new generation of platforms is connecting the demand, supply, capital, and intelligence that sit at the heart of every deal, turning a fragmented chain into something closer to a shared network. AIMCONNECT 2026 is built around that shift and around the conversations that will define where it goes next.

What AIMCONNECT sets out to do

AIMCONNECT is designed as an annual platform that brings ecosystem players into the same conversation, aligning demand, supply, capital, and intelligence through next-generation technology and AI-powered innovation. X Star and AI Motion co-host it, two companies working on different sides of the same shift, one focused on the financing behind a vehicle, the other on the buying journey that leads up to it. The event’s ambition is to help define the future of automotive commerce and mobility through AI-driven connectivity, and a handful of themes run through the agenda: connectivity, enablement, intelligence, momentum, ecosystem, transformation, and a future-ready outlook.

For the wider industry, the real value is trust. Bringing partners together in one place builds confidence across an ecosystem, allowing collaboration to deepen and new models to scale.

The teaser line-up: who will be exhibiting

Five entities will anchor the teaser line-up, each representing a different layer of the connected ecosystem AIMCONNECT sets out to map.

X Star (Xport and AI capabilities), one of the two hosts, works as an orchestration layer across the ecosystem and will show how its Agentic AI platform automates the full lending lifecycle, giving dealers and lenders a faster, smoother route through mobility financing at scale.

AI Motion, co-hosting the event, builds AI agents for high-value, long-horizon purchase journeys. Beginning with automotive dealerships, it replaces traditional marketing and sales workflows with configurable clusters of AI agents that create content, engage customers, qualify leads, nurture prospects, and carry buyers through to conversion.

M Star brings a digital-first approach to car loans and personal loans, with an approval process that strips out the paperwork long associated with traditional banks.

MK.X arrives as an AI-native company focused on smarter, more accessible, and more sustainable EV transportation.

AutoSwift, a digital-first Australian lender, rounds out the group with small car-secured loans of between AUD 2,100 and AUD 5,000.

What partners take from the room

For the companies taking part, AIMCONNECT offers two things. The first is industry voice and visibility: a platform to share perspectives, showcase achievements, and strengthen presence through panels, featured interviews, co-branding, and media content. The second is access to frontier insights, emerging ideas, technologies, and AI-driven trends shaping the future of mobility, automotive retail, and ecosystem collaboration.

That reflects how the hosts see the event’s role in the market, as a place to hold the wider conversation about how AI is reshaping automotive commerce and mobility, with an emphasis on frontier thinking and the discussions likely to shape the years ahead.

AIMCONNECT 2026 will take place on 11 October at Shangri-La Sentosa, Singapore.

As AI continues to transform automotive commerce, gatherings like this give the industry something it has often lacked: a shared vantage point on where the market is heading. Whatever emerges on the day, the line-up alone signals how quickly a more connected model of mobility is taking shape.
