Global fintech firm IG Group has appointed Adam Wheelwright as its chief technology officer to drive innovation.
IG Group provides tech for traders and investors through its platforms and apps. Wheelwright will be based in the company’s London headquarters.
Prior to IG Group, Wheelwright was chief information officer at the UK Health Security Agency.
He also has experience at NatWest Group, where he co-founded the defunct digital retail bank Bó and served as its chief operating officer.
