Horizon Software, a provider of electronic trading solutions and algorithmic technology, is opening an office in Singapore to boost sales in the Asia Pacific region.
The company already has five clients in Singapore and is experiencing “significant growth” in the region.
The new office, located in One Raffles Place Mall, #02-01 Singapore 048616, will focus on better serving Horizon’s clients, supporting its growth in the regional market and increasing the company’s visibility in the area, where brokers and banks are in need of a single platform for agency trading and market making.
Michael Lim, who spent three years in Bangkok as Horizon’s sales manager for the ASEAN markets, is moving to Singapore to run the new office.
Emmanuel Faure, head of sales in the Asia Pacific region at Horizon, said: “We have been working very closely with SGX and the Singapore financial community, and this move will allow us to answer all our clients’ needs, from market making to algo trading and order management in the region.”
Sylvain Thieullent, chief executive officer of Horizon, said: “We are proud to officially announce the opening of our new office in Singapore, as a result of remarkable growth in the region.”
“Horizon has always been a customer-centric business, with solid and out of the box financial solutions. We want our clients to have the best possible experience and with the opening of the new office, we will be able to meet the growing needs of our clients in APAC more efficiently, while providing them with the highest level of service.”
