The DoorDash rewards Mastercard will offer cashback, a free year of DashPass, and a cash bonus after spending $500 in the first three months

DoorDash, a US-based food delivery company, has launched a credit card with Chase.

The DoorDash rewards Mastercard will offer cashback, including 4% on DoorDash orders, 3% on restaurant purchases, 2% on grocery stores, and 1% on all other purchases.

Card members will also receive a free year of DashPass, a subscription that offers unlimited delivery, and a $100 cash bonus after spending $500 in the first three months.

DoorDash, founded in 2013, is available in all 50 US states and in select cities in 27 countries across the globe.

Usman Cheema, senior director of global partnerships at DoorDash, commented: “As we further our mission to empower local communities and connect people to the best of their neighbourhoods, we are thrilled to introduce the DoorDash Rewards Mastercard to give consumers more convenience and value on their everyday purchases from their favourite businesses.

“Together with longstanding partners Chase and Mastercard, we are delighted to offer rewards and cash back opportunities for cardmembers to support their neighbourhood businesses.”

Ed Olebe, president of co-brand cards at US bank Chase, added: “We’re excited to offer people who love DoorDash a compelling card that enables all their purchases to earn cash back toward future DoorDash orders.

“To unlock even more value and convenience, the card can also be used to earn a complimentary DashPass membership every year.”
