Marc Wäckerlin joins the Switzerland-based company from Sygnum Bank, a Swiss crypto bank, where he was also chief technology officer

SCRYPT, a company that provides institutional access to digital assets, has appointed Marc Wäckerlin as chief technology officer.  

Founded in 2019, SCRYPT’s platform allows users to trade, store and invest in digital assets.  

Wäckerlin brings with him 30 years of experience in the finance industry, software development and engineering.  

He joins the Switzerland-based company from Sygnum Bank, a Swiss crypto bank, where he was also chief technology officer.  

Norman Wooding, chief executive officer and founder at SCRYPT, commented: “Not only is Marc a talented leader, he is also extremely passionate about crypto and furthering digital assets in the financial ecosystem.
