Enfuce has appointed Andy Patton as chief commercial officer, Jessica Collingwood as chief people officer, Vanessa Schotes as chief marketing officer and Fern Blackler as chief financial officer
Enfuce, a card issuer and payment processing service, has made a number of senior hires to support its expansion.
The Finland-based fintech, which claims its cloud-native platform offers scalability, enhanced security and the potential to save companies money and time, completed a €45m series c investment round just over a year ago and plans to expand across Europe in 2023, with the help of its new employees.
Enfuce has appointed Andy Patton as chief commercial officer, Jessica Collingwood as chief people officer, Vanessa Schotes as chief marketing officer and Fern Blackler as chief financial officer.
Patton has worked at American Express, and at several fintech scale-ups, including banking-as-a-service provider Contis, where he was chief commercial officer.
Patton commented: “I’m looking forward to bringing my experience of building diverse, high-performing teams to Enfuce, and securing deep and enduring relationships with Enfuce’s clients and other partners.”
Collingwood, the new chief people officer, has over 25 years of experience working in merges and acquisitions, change management and people management, across a variety of industry sectors including Virgin Group, where she was group people director.
She commented: “I’m passionate about championing diversity and inclusion and in challenging the status quo, enabling businesses to be great at what they do without compromising what they stand for.”
Schotes, Enfuce’s new chief marketing officer, joins from software-as-a-service provider Celonis.
Prior to this, she led the global marketing efforts for the flexible workspace provider IWG, and previously led the corporate and retail marketing efforts of currency exchange fintech Moneycorp.
On her new role, Schotes said: “Enfuce have given me the perfect remit—to build awareness and a best-in-class demand generation engine to fuel the success of the business.”
Enfuce’s new chief financial officer, Blackler, has 26 years of experience in finance. He has worked at Worldremit, WEX, Visa and the London Stock Exchange.
On the new hires, Monika Liikamaa, co-founder and co-chief executive officer at Enfuce, added: “With their established expertise, strategic excellence and proven business success, I am confident that Andy, Jessica, Vanessa and Fern will help inspire and drive Enfuce’s vision to become the world’s number one cloud-based payments processor.”
