Vennre has taken a further step in its Saudi expansion through a new partnership that enables access to the Masar Makkah Fund, one of the Kingdom’s most strategically significant real estate initiatives.

Eligible users on the Vennre platform will gain access to the Masar Makkah Fund, an opportunity linked to the wider Masar destination in Makkah, a nationally significant urban transformation zone. The planned development spans 1.2 million square metres and integrates residential, commercial, and hospitality components supported by advanced mobility and smart city infrastructure.

By launching the Masar Makkah Fund on its app, Vennre provides eligible users with a regulated pathway into a nationally significant development supported by institutional governance and long term planning. The announcement comes at a time when cross border access to Saudi real estate remains constrained, with demand continuing to grow for structured and regulated participation in high quality opportunities across the Kingdom.

The partnership brings together regulated fund management capabilities, Masar’s role as a core national transformation zone, and Vennre’s expanding distribution reach across the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. The fund will be available through the Vennre app, where eligible users can complete onboarding and review documentation through regulated workflows aligned with CMA and FCA requirements.

Commenting on the launch, Ziad Mabsout, Co Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vennre, said:

“This launch allows us to extend regulated, institutional quality access to a nationally significant development within Makkah. It strengthens our presence in the Kingdom and reflects our focus on providing disciplined access to opportunities that align with long term urban and economic priorities.”

Vennre enters 2026 with increasing momentum in the Kingdom, supported by deeper engagement with Saudi institutions and a growing pipeline of regulated opportunities for eligible users. The platform is positioned to play a long term role in facilitating access to Saudi Arabia’s evolving real estate market through structured and compliant investment frameworks.
