The move will transform member engagement, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance through docSribute’s solutions

docStribute, a leading UK regtech company specialising in regulated document distribution solutions, is excited to announce its strategic partnership with Hinckley & Rugby Building Society. This partnership reflects Hinckley and Rugby’s focus on customer centricity through enhanced engagement with members, alongside the desire to move to more efficient business operations.

Hinckley and Rugby have a clear strategy for efficiency through digitisation across all business areas. Additionally, as a socially responsible Society, they consistently seek ways to reduce carbon emissions and promote better climate-friendly business practices. Through the docStribute platform Hinckley & Rugby are aiming to reduce the cost of document delivery by over 70%, whilst enhancing their digital transformation journey to largely remove paper and reduce carbon use.

The Society also recognises the importance of having engaging communication with customers. The partnership will enable Hinckley & Rugby to give customers secure digital access to regulated information in an engaging way that promotes greater understanding and drives well-informed financial decisions.

Strengthening connections with members is a top priority for Hinckley & Rugby Building Society. By collaborating with docStribute, they aim to deliver personalised, timely, and tailored communications that resonate with individual preferences and needs, thereby enhancing member engagement.

docStribute leverages Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) to protect the integrity of customer documents. Using DLT, their solution creates secure and unchangeable records of information and communication interactions, ensuring transparency and security throughout the document distribution process.

Chris Ansara, chief executive offixcer of docStribute, said: “We are excited about our collaboration with Hinckley & Rugby Building Society. This is the third Building Society customer for us and reflects the priority Building Societies put on customer engagement. Our innovative approach means we can quickly reduce cost and carbon usage, whilst enhancing customer experience, and we are already distributing over 5 million documents a year. We very much look forward to helping other financial services firms do the same.”

Barry Carter, chief executive officer of Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, said: “This partnership with docStribute aligns with our commitment to provide outstanding service to our members, as a truly customer centric organisation.”

Cheryl Pidler, director of operations of Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, added: “The partnership with docStribute allows us to communicate with members in the way they want whilst at the same time improving our operational efficiency, reducing costs, and lowering our carbon footprint.  We are looking forward to working with docStribute towards the launch later this year.”
