Here are some talks we’re particularly looking forward to

Money20/20 Europe kicks off next week in Amsterdam, with the show hosting many of the biggest fintech companies on the planet for three days of talks, networking events, and key insights.
The FinTech Intel team will be there all week covering the event. We’ll be on the ground, attending talks, listening to podcasts being recorded, and no doubt learning a huge amount about the future of finance and technology.
We’ve listed below five events that we’re excited to attend.
All times are in CEST.
Diana Carrasco Vime
Diana is head of the digital pound project at the Bank of England, so her insights into digital currencies are not to be missed. The digital pound project is a huge government undertaking to bring a national digital currency to the UK, and we can’t wait to hear from its head how it’s progressing.
When: Wednesday, 14:30
Where: Na.i.ture Stage, RAI
Kaitlyn Beale
Whilst fintech is of course the collision of finance and technology, it’s not limited to these two industries. Fintech spans across many other professions, not least football. Kaitlyn is vice president of global partnership sales for the City Football Group, owner of 13 football clubs including Manchester City, and her insights into how fintech and football work together will be fascinating.
When: Tuesday, 13:50
Where: Horizon Stage powered by Mastercard, RAI
Rich Bromley
Financial crime is something that never seems to go away. Indeed, with every new innovation, scammers and fraudsters immediately set about trying to corrupt them. Rich is head of fraud risk and financial crime at Monzo, and as such he’s on the front line of the fight. With Monzo being one of the first, and biggest, digital native banks, his role is more important than ever.
When: Wednesday, 11:30
Where: Off the Record Stage, RAI
Megan Caywood
At FinTech Intel we know Megan well! She was a judge for the 2025 UK FinTech Awards, and her expertise and experience helped make the awards the huge success they were. Megan is part of a panel titled Putting the F in Fintech, which is moderated by another UK FinTech Awards judge: Chantal Swainston!
When: Thursday, 14:00
Where: Moneypot Stage, RAI
Laura Gibson-Lamothe
Laura is executive director of the Georgia Fintech Academy, a talent-development initiative within the University of Georgia. Even though this is Money20/20 Europe, fintech is of course global, and Laura’s insights into the US fintech ecosystem will be unmissable.
When: Thursday, 15:00
Where: Moneypot Stage, RAI
